InkuPlay is an inclusive esports organization focused on accessibility, diversity, and equal opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Head of Valorant (Freelancer, f/m/d) to take over the strategic development, team leadership, and performance management of our Valorant division.

You will work closely with management, players, analysts, and coaches, plan tryouts and tournaments, develop training concepts, and oversee their implementation. This is a freelance role – with the option for long-term collaboration or future participation in the organization.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in Valorant esports (e.g. as Coach, Analyst, Team Lead, or IGL)

  • Strong organizational skills and experience in building esports team structures

  • Ability to work independently and reliably as a freelancer

  • Ideally, experience with inclusion and diversity in the esports environment

  • Knowledge in training planning, VOD reviews, and performance analysis

  • Confident use of remote collaboration tools such as Discord, Notion, or Microsoft 365
